If you are not registered to vote, or need to change or update your registration, you can do so online

Ensure your vote is received!
The easiest and most reliable way to return your absentee ballot application is to use the ballot drop box. Turn your application AND ballot in to your ballot drop box as soon as possible.
Filling out and returning your absentee ballot:
Once your application has been received by your Town Clerk, an absentee ballot will be sent to you. When it arrives, be sure to:
1. Fill it out completely
2. Follow the instructions to place it inside the correct envelope.
3. Sign it
4. Date it
5. Seal it
6. Return it
Absentee ballots must be received by the Town Clerk by 8:00 pm on Election Day. Postage is prepaid, but the easiest and most reliable way to be sure your ballot arrives in time is to use the secure ballot drop boxes located at Norwalk City Hall.
