DTC Caucuses 2022

NOTICE OF DEMOCRATIC CAUCUS
To enrolled members of the Democratic Party of the City of Norwalk, CT
Pursuant to the Rules of the Democratic Party and State election laws, you are hereby notified that caucuses will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022, at the following locations, at 7:30 PM, to endorse a total of 55 candidates for the Democratic Town Committee, 11 from each council district, and to transact other business as may be proper to come before said caucuses:
DISTRICT A – Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Avenue, Room 101, Norwalk, CT 06851;
DISTRICT B – Nathaniel Ely Elementary School,11 Ingalls Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854;
DISTRICT C – Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Avenue, Community Room, Norwalk, CT 06851;
DISTRICT D – Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Avenue, Room A300, Norwalk, CT 06851; and
DISTRICT E – Fox Run Elementary School, 228 Fillow Street, Norwalk, CT 06850.
Persons whose names appear on the last completed enrollment lists of the Democratic Party in the District holding the caucus will be allowed into the caucus and permitted to vote. The caucus is subject to early closing if, after nominations are closed, there are fewer than, or exactly, the same number of candidates as membership positions to fill. At all contested caucuses, the polls shall remain open for voting until 9:00 PM. All caucuses must be held in person. Masks are required.
