Tom and his family have been Norwalk residents for 34 years. He is a graduate of Hamilton College and Cornell Law School. He was Vice President and Secretary of Applied Biosystems (formerly Perkin-Elmer) and is currently an adjunct at the University of Connecticut School of Law where he helps students develop counseling, negotiation, and other legal skills. On the Council, he has served as Council President and continues to serve as Chair of the Land Use and Building Management Committee and a member of the Planning, Public Works, and Ordinance committees. Tom prides himself on his ability to work collaboratively to get things done.
